katello.org documentation sidebar has inconsistent behavior

Description

Clicking on Installation, Release Notes and Bastion opens corresponding page. However clicking on API opens api reference without sidebar. Clicking User Guide, Developer Guide and Style Guides just scrolls up to the top of the current page.

Expected behavior:
API reference to have the sidebar just like the rest of the docs
Clicking User Guide, Developer Guide or Style guides should open relevant page
