Description

I had an conflict with test-unit on my system.

test-unit uses alphabetic by default, only minitest supports
"sorted", which is default there.

Fixes #8948: Remove implicit test ordering from DHCP API test

I had an conflict with test-unit on my system.

test-unit uses alphabetic by default, only minitest supports
"sorted", which is default there.
