"The selected environment contains no Content Views" when creating new activation key

Description
On katello 2.1, when I create a new activation key; I get the message "The selected environment contains no Content Views".
I have lot's of content views, so this doesn't make sense.
Only after I save it, I am able to select the content view for the activation key.
- Target version set to 68
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 23
- Triaged changed from No to Yes
Can you re-test this on Katello 2.2? It appears fixed for my testing.

Please re-open if you encounter this issue again. Setting to resolved since my manual testing on latest didn't not replicate.
