Bulk task pages constantly poll tasks

Description
Going to any bulk task page (eg under content hosts, content views, etc..) causes the tasks to be polled over and over again without stopping.
This seems to be tied to the bastion directive/controller
- Translation missing: en.field_release set to 86
- Translation missing: en.field_release changed from 86 to 143
- Translation missing: en.field_release changed from 143 to 114
- Status changed from New to Closed
