Description

In the foreman task view the time of the task is shown always in UTC. It should be converted to the user's timezone.

This issue may exist elsewhere but was observed on the tasks page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the user settings page and set the timezone to something other than UTC
  2. Go to the tasks page
  3. Note the time is displayed in UTC
