smart_proxy_dynflow seems to have config options that were moved to smart_proxy_remote_execution_ssh, see https://github.com/theforeman/smart_proxy_dynflow/blob/3fd48f45b879ba5347ee131ec2dcf96ca9c986a0/lib/smart_proxy_dynflow/plugin.rb#L7

If it's left over from initial commit we should remove them, when smart proxy starts we get confusing log messages about default values.
