Description

FreeBSD and Debian/testing already bring rest-client 1.8 in their packages, Ubuntu 16.04 will probably also bring 1.8. To package smart_proxy_discovery for these platforms, the restriction to rest-client < 1.7 needs to get lifted.

As a hint, in apipie-bindings it was done in a way that's compatible to rest-client 1.6 - 1.8:
