Show progress during PXE-less DHCP request

Description
After clicking on DHCP, there is no indication that the process is working.
- Subject changed from show when dhcp request is in process to Show progress during PXE-less DHCP request
- Assignee set to Lukas Zapletal
Yeah, although it does not freeze forever, it will fail eventually. About 40 secs here.
Incorporating also "when dhcp is not responding, currently the image freeze and does not allow to change settings, instead of rebooting, it would be nice to be able to go back to the main menu." filed as #11902.
- Related to Bug #11902: as a user, when failing to consume dhcp lease, allow to return to manual network selection added
- Status changed from New to Resolved
Implemented an info screen.
