Clicking rerun failed button returns UI to the "new job invocation" page but does not fill search query text area with the search for the failed hosts (it is blank).

Clicking submit on this page displays stack trace in UI of

ERF42-5279 [Foreman::Exception]: Cannot resolve hosts without a bookmark or search 
query/home/vagrant/code/foreman_remote_execution/app/models/targeting.rb:24:in `resolve_hosts!'
/home/vagrant/code/foreman_remote_execution/app/lib/actions/remote_execution/run_hosts_job.rb:15:in `plan'

Suggest that if all hosts were successful that the "rerun failed" be disabled.
