Description

Having a way to do a "dry run" of the export without actually writing the files would be useful. Some use cases:

1) Display a preview in UI, especially useful if specifying a "since" date
2) Possibly calculate size of export during this dry run to avoid out-of-disk issues
3) Debug and tests
