Spinner continues to spin after downloading bzipped report through UI

Description
1) Go to arf_reports/show
2) Click the 'Download XML in bzip' button
3) Notice spinner is spinning even after the download finished

if it's caused by ajax call triggering the download maybe we can just avoid starting the spinning in this case
