Description

Fix for issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/18337/ deprecated option --root-pass from commands hammer host create/update. This change will most likely end up in hammer-cli-foreman 0.10.0.
The deprecation warning and --root-pass should be removed completely in one of the future releases.
