The default content view that is associated with the Library is named "Default Organization View" which implies that it is tied to the "Default Organization", but in fact it's the "default content view" for Lifecycle environment Library.

This was discovered when creating an activation key, selecting the Library Lifecycle Environment, and the CV is showed as "Default Organization View"

Potentially this should be renamed to "Default Content View" or "All Content" or something
