Issue warning when installing both pulp and pulp-node
Description
I misconfigured pulp node for Capsule instead of node, then Katello relly misbehaves as "Default Content View" does not work correctly. We should warn or even error out if that does make sense.

If I am understanding this bug correctly, this is a broader change of removing the pulp node feature, since we don't actually use pulp nodes anymore. Please clarify if I am missing the idea behind this bug.

Are we removing this feature? I encountered this on Satellite 6.2, if you say so then please close the bug.
