Steps to reproduce:

1) Create hostgroup and policy, assign policy to the hostgroup
2) create 2 hosts in the hostgroup from step 1
3) generate reports only for one host
4) go to policy dashboard, Hosts breakdown shows the correct number of hosts (one as not audited, the other one in compliant/incompliant/inconclusive group)
5) click 'Never audited', you will be redirected to hosts index
6) scoped search should display only one host but shows both of your hosts
