Description

When trying to use the session authentication, doing 

hammer auth login
says
"Successfully logged in.", even when 
use_sessions
is set to false.

Expected result: if 

use_sessions
is not enabled, the auth login command
should fail without even asking for password, instructing the user to enable the setting
in hammer-foreman configuration
