side by side repository selection in content view

Description

As an enhancement to the Web UI, I would change the view of the repository selection within a side by side comparison (maybe even drag and drop field), instead of having to switch tabs, wait to load, and switch back.

Reproduce:
Go to the Foreman Webinterface -> Content -> Content Views
Select a Content View -> Yum Content -> Repositories

Now you get 2 tabs under Repository Selection

I would expect an side by side list of the repositories, left the selected, right side the available.

Benefits: Greater overview, faster workflow for adding repos, as I do not need to switch tabs to compare.
