Description

Description of problem:
Even with the previous fix, proxy leaks memory on some occasions when parsing reports.

How reproducible:
???

Actual results:
RSS grows by each and every such report processed.

Expected results:
No RSS growth.

Additional info:
RSS growth is very evident - by 400MB to 600MB per one report (sic!).
