Expose job invocation cancelling via hammer

Description
There should be the following command, allowing to cancel or abort a job.
hammer job-invocation cancel --id ID
hammer job-invocation cancel --id ID --host HOSTNAME
hammer job-invocation abort --id ID
hammer job-invocation abort --id ID --host HOSTNAME
- Related to Bug #19937: it is hard (or there is no way at all) to cancel pending tasks from old remote execution job added
