As part of Rails 5, smoke/regression testing of the application in production should be performed.

https://github.com/Katello/katello/pull/7002/files#diff-4c67e2ccb02b5cf746fd11e670020715R43 needs to be investigated a bit. This change fixed the unit test, but why was it needed? any other places need it?
