Scap reports page, table tool tip is not readable

Description of problem:
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Build: Satellite 6.3 snap 17
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have multiple reports generated and go to arf-reports page
2.Move the mouse to the table
3.Tool tip will pop up.
Actual results:
The tool tip have too much infromation and is not formatted or readable
Expected results:
Get rid of the tooltip itself,as it has duplicate information, i don't think we have a tooltip for table.
Or show the information in readable view
Additional info:
The tool tip will stay there , until your mouse pointer will be inside the table.
Make's the UI look untidy
