Description

1) Create a yum repo
2) Upload a source RPM (https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/SRPMS/g/gdb-exploitable-1.32-1.20170717git35b742d.el7.src.rpm for example). The operation is deemed successful
3) Source RPM Counts are NOT updated.
It seems to have updated in pulp though

$ pulp repo list --repo-id=7a6a03ab-a485-4b81-9833-2e42e7f41b5c
