Garik, are you able to retest this? We recently changed to flotcharts and it's possible the data retrieval changed a little at the same time.

Looks like these is not the only problem.
On fresh install of 1.1-1 with PGSQL backend class distribution graph looks like this:

This no longer seems to happen on 1.2 with Flot charts, instead no graph is rendered at all.

Hello,

Did you upgraded to at least 1.2 as suggested by Dominic in his last message? Now you should even update to the last stable 1.4.

Can you provide us with some feedback then?
