closedforeman-maintain does not throw a warning if a reboot is required

Description of problem:
foreman-maintain was designed to avoid extra manual steps and make update/upgrade easier and more efficient. Since the yum update is done via foreman-maintain, it is expected to have a warning if a reboot is required.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a Satellite 6.3 with an a newer kernel available for update
2. Proceed with the foreman-maintain command
# foreman-maintain upgrade run --target-version 6.3.z
Actual results:
Foreman-maintain proceed with the yum update and other required steps, but does not mention if a reboot is mandatory after the update.
Expected results:
Since foreman-maintain was designed to improve the update experience and also according to this RFE:
[RFE] If the update process for Satellite 6 requires additional manual steps, the process should include a script to do it

It is expected that the user receives all the required information/warning while running foreman-maintain to complete a successful update.
