After upgrade to Katello 3.7 instalation/updatin packages stop working:

Version:
Katello 3.7
Target content host: Cenots 7.5.1804 fully updated

How to preproduce:
-In content hosts -> hostname -> Packages -> Actions select "Package install" fill in any package name and press Perform.

Task faild with error "registration of commands not supported" and in log on target host is following errror:
