Activation Key on "Operating System" host tab?

Description
Would it make more sense to have the Activation Key on the Operating System tab rather than in its own?
I feel like this would simplify the overall worflow and clarify the exact purpose of the Activation Key as it relates to the system features.
- Category changed from Web UI to Hosts
- Status changed from New to Rejected
There has been a lot of discussion about overhauling the hosts page entirely and revisiting the entire flow. At this point, I think that is the direction we are going to go rather than doing small changes like this.

I think this is a change that we wouldn't actively work on, but would happily accept a pr that made the change.
