As of https://pulp.plan.io/issues/4049 pulp 2.18 has a 'is_modular' field to denote
whether the rpm belongs to a module or not.
As a user I would like Content > Packages to show whether the rpm is modular or not.
As user I would also like to search for modular rpms under content> packages
