Description
I'm fairly certain that this has changed recently and I'm not sure that it's intentional (see screenshot). Even running tasks show below the pending tasks. Seems as though the created time is not being honored in the filtering.

Is this wrong? If the list is sorted by when tasks were started, then those which were not started yet should be higher than those which already were, no?
- Has duplicate Bug #30438: sync plans are displayed with n/a and make the default view of the tasks ugly added
Well when I first saw the behavior 2 years ago it was quite striking to see the change. Now I don't think twice about it, and it seems like no one else does either!
