Description

1) Get a manifest with golden ticket enabled
2) Upload it to a org
3) Register a content host to the org
4) Go to the content host details page

Actual
Notice the Subscription Status is either fully entitled or unentitled.

Expected
We show the status as "Disabled" indicating compliance calculations are disabled when Golden Ticket is enabled.
