Description

When installing discovery plugin with current nightly it kills foreman. Foreman is missing the permission view_discovery_rules according to db:seed and production.log.

Foreman::PermissionMissingException: ERF73-0602 [Foreman::PermissionMissingException]: some permissions were not found ["view_discovery_rules", :view_discovery_rules]
