Add hammer bindings along

hammer content-view version export-histories --content-view-id=100
hammer content-view version export-histories --id=101
hammer content-view version export-histories --destination-server=foo.example.com
The Api endpoint is already there https://github.com/Katello/katello/blob/master/app/controllers/katello/api/v2/content_view_versions_controller.rb#L92
