Error migrating data to pulp3

not sure

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sync a RH repo
2. promote it in a cv
3. # satellite-installer --foreman-proxy-plugin-pulp-pulpcore-enabled true
4. # satellite-maintain prep-6.10-upgrade
5. # systemctl start pulpcore-resource-manager pulpcore-api pulpcore-content pulpcore-worker@1 pulpcore-worker@2 pulpcore-worker@3 pulpcore-worker@4
6. # systemctl enable pulpcore-resource-manager pulpcore-api pulpcore-content pulpcore-worker@1 pulpcore-worker@2 pulpcore-worker@3 pulpcore-worker@4
7. # foreman-rake katello:pulp3_content_switchover

Actual results:

ERROR: at least one katello_yum_metadata_files record has migrated_pulp3_href NULL value

Expected results:

No errors
