Description of problem:
Satellite WebUI requires an extra click to see the template results. This click step was not needed on Foreman 2.3

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Foreman 2.5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hosts -> Sync Templates
2. Select Action type as Export
3. Click Submit
4. You will land on page "No Template Sync Result", Click Sync Templates

Actual results:
After clicking the Submit button, the UI requires the user to click the "Sync Templates" button.

Expected results:
The template sync result should be shown after clicking on the "Submit" button. UI should not require an extra click on the "Sync Templates" button.

Additional info:
This might be considered as regression as the behavior on Foreman 2.3 is the expected one.
