Fix upstream_authentication error when editing ULN repository
Description
When editing repository, the upstream_password and username variables are blank but the values are stored in DB and one can also see the these details in GUI. Due to blank value in variable it is not able to edit the ULN repository since it has credential authentication constraint.

Note: This fixes a bug introduced by https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/33250
It would be great to get both released as part of 4.3, so the bug never makes it to a released version!
