Description

The documentation for each Puppet class and parameter should be exported over the puppet class API. This will enable Foreman to consume it and display the information to end users.

Kafo already has a mechanism for reading rdoc, pulling out parameter descriptions, declaring the data type and this will be extracted via issue #3053,
