After an OS version upgrade, the GUI still shows the old/wrong Operating System version

Description

When updating the OS of the Foreman system from one point release to another, or from one major version to another, the host entry in the database is not updated accordingly.

This creates confusion for users, even if the issue is only cosmetical (the OS is not used for anything).
