Create discovery images based on RHEL 6

Description
We currently only tested against Fedora base images, changes are necessary mainly in the initscripts domain.
We should wait until oVirt Node 3.1 is out, the best thing is to base discovery on RHEL6 oVirt node 3.1.

Discovery 0.5 RC1 is out based on CentOS6 and Fedora19 and ovirt node 3.1.
Dom I don't see Resolved or Closed states (perm issues)? Can you close this one for me? Thanks.
