I've never witnessed this in Foreman.. would guess it's to do with the order of before_filters, e.g. set_gettext_locale isn't being called before session_expiry. Didn't Katello add set_gettext_locale to its filters list, is the order definitely correct? (On the repositories controller, presumably)

In Foreman core, set_gettext_locale is before session_expiry.

Could not reproduced. Open over a year with no new info. Closing, reopen if reproducable with reproduction steps.
