Running:

katello-installer --capsule-tftp=true

fails with error:

"Parameter path failed on File[tftp_dirs]: File paths must be fully qualified, not 'tftp_dirs' at
/usr/share/katello-installer/modules/foreman_proxy/manifests/tftp.pp:11"
