something like:

hammer content-view version incremental_update --version=3 --environments=Dev,Library --errata=RHSA-2014:2,RHBA-2014:1 --packages=foo-1.2.3.rpm --puppet-modules=puppet-labs-foo-3.2

note that errata is the priority, but if we could do the rest, that would be helpful
