Description

The actual error says

 NoMethodError in Discovered_hosts#show
 undefined method `to_label' for nil:NilClass

but this is a result of auto_provision trying to go back to the view form for a discovered_host that no longer exists.
It should redirect to the managed hosts display page or back to the list of discovered hosts.
