Global parameters can't contain multi line values

Description
While we use textarea when we define parameter values on Domain, OS and such we use just single line inputs in Global parameters form. We should unify it and have textarea everywhere.

Could this get into 1.8 please? It's mostly important in foreman_chef as we store multi-line values in there.
