Description of problem:
after enabling ostree on el7, hammer repository create|update subcommads do not recognize 'ostree' as a valid content-type parameter.

I verified the ostree is indeed enabled by issuing an API request which worked.

ostree-related packages and their version can be seen in the attached log

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable ostree on satellite nightly
2. hammer repository create --name foo --content-type ostree
3.

Actual results:
[ERROR 2017-04-05 12:23:42 Exception] Error: option '--content-type': value must be one of 'yum', 'file', 'puppet', 'docker'

Apipie needs to get rerun after ostree is installed
