Description

I synced a docker repo (registry.access.redhat.com/rhel) and gave the repo a name of "RHEL" and a label of "rhel". After syncing I realized that I would prefer lowercase for a docker repo so renamed it to "rhel". All appeared to work. Later I ran rake katello:reimport and noticed that the docker tags page now listed double the tags, one for "RHEL" and one for "rhel". Using pulp-admin I see that the "Display Name" for my rhel repo is still "RHEL".

I'm not sure where the problem is (the rename or the reimport).
