100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. curl https://my.capsule.exmaple.com/pub

Actual results:
403

Expected results:
list contents of /pub

This was originally fixed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1198741 i believe.
