Better error handling on katello-backup --snapshot when snapshot runs out of space

Description

When the snapshot logical volume runs out of space, the error can be cryptic (usually from a tar command in the script), it takes digging through journalctl to figure out the lv ran out of space. We could either use a larger snapshot size, or give better errors/suggestions to the user (or both!)
