Javascript error on Docker Tag Lifecycle Environments page

Description of problem:
Javascript error on Docker Tag Lifecycle Environments details when viewed in a new tab / from a bookmark / not navigated to from within Satellite. Does not seem to affect behavior.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.3 latest snap
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a product with a Docker repository and sync a registry into it, like registry.access.redhat.com
2. navigate to the repo and view the docker tags
3. from the list of tags, open any one
4. Open the 'Lifecyle Environments' link in a new window
Actual results:
The table does not load at all, with JS errors in the console
Expected results: Page loads & no JS errors in the console
