Bug #21745
closedCannot create an errata date filter with out setting both start and end dates
Description
In previous versions of Katello one was able to create errata that said "Copy all packages belonging to errata issued before <last week>". As in there was no start date specified but the filter had an end date.
This is a regression
Steps:
In the UI
1) Create a COntent View
2) Create an Errata Date Type Include filter
3) Create a Errata Data Type rule.
Expected:
Ability to save the rule with no start date/end date
Actual:
Save is disabled unless you set both.

I hit this bug in Katello 3.6.0.
I don't know if I need to file a new bug or you will just re-open this ticket.
But it's exactly the same issue.
