1) Create a a docker repo
2) Create & Publish 2 content views with the same docker repo
3) Create a composite and add both versions

Expected:
Error/Warning message highlighting that one cannot publish duplicate docker repos

Actual:
Lets you add and publish the repos and allows one to overwrite the other.
