The new add subscriptions page renders SubscriptionDetailsPage at the same time

Description
this happens because Route path on SubscriptionDetailsPage is `"xui/subscriptions/:id`
with no any regex filter. therefore the subscriptions add page with its route 'xui/subscriptions/add' triggers both.
